Our Mission
Growth through the Performing Arts
Perform It! Stage Company offers vibrant, high-quality programs in classic literature and performing arts. We provide educational theater training for homeschooled youth and perform in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Studying the works of great playwrights like William Shakespeare inspires us to strive for excellence in all we do. Shakespeare authored the famous phrase “All The World’s A Stage,” and in that spirit we provide opportunities for our students to learn to perform well in their community and the world at large.
Please take notice:
Due to circumstances outside of our control, we must postpone our upcoming show. But as they say in the theater world, The Show Must Go On! 🎭 And it will. Keep checking in to see when our new dates are posted.
Educational WorkshopsFall Classes Shape the CompanyPerform It! begins each fall with weekly classes culminating in a talent show. Students are encouraged to explore the stage through educational activities and performance of skits.

Spring ProductionApplying What is LearnedPerform It! spends the greater part of the spring producing a top notch theater experience for both its students and its audience. Each year the company puts on performances, with brilliant costumes, song, and often dance.
|
Fundraising OpportunitiesMaking a DifferenceAs a non-profit organization, which scholarships many children each year, Perform It! relies heavily on fundraising to keep it the vibrant theater program it has become. From the wreath sales in November to playbill ads, sponsorships, and ticket sales in the spring the organization relies on the patronage and donations from community members and beyond to keep the opportunities alive.

Here is the synopsis of the previous play, Perform It will be moving back in to the world of Shakespeare in the future!
Emma is a precocious 20 year old whose family name and status go a bit too much to her head. She fancies herself a gift to everyone in her presence—especially those less fortunate. She is quick-witted, kind-hearted, but naive. She makes it her mission in life to play Cupid with her ward, Harriet, and Mr. Elton the young vicar of her town. Emma herself has sworn she will never marry. Mr. Knightly, one of her closest friends consistently tries to help her perspective on life come down out of the clouds a little. When Emma’s plans start to unravel, will she mature into a woman of grace? Or will she never see herself and her world as it really is? Come see our show to find out!
